and type in your order number and email address
Step 2 - Return/Exchange
Select the styles you want to exchange or return. For exchanges, you can select a different size.
Step 3 - Select a Drop Off Location
Select a convenient location to drop off the package.
Step 4 - Package the blue Italian Shoemakers box in the brown box provided
We cannot accept returns/exchanges that are sent back in our blue boxes. They must be shipped in the brown box provided.
Step 5 -Drop the Brown Box off at a location
Please bring the email with the image of the QR code. The shipping location will be able to scan the code to have your product shipped.
